Vues1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Haithm Mekhlafi ("we", "us") governing your use of the Vues mobile app. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vues on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; rent, lease, sell or sublicense it; remove any attribution or notice; use it to break any law; or attempt to circumvent its limits, advertising or purchase verification.
3. Your content
The photos you process remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership, no licence and no rights over them, and — because processing happens on your device — we never receive them.
You are responsible for having the right to use every photo you process, including the consent of anyone identifiable in it. Do not use Vues to process images that are unlawful, that infringe someone else's rights, or that depict a person without their permission where permission is required.
4. Free version, ads and limits
The free version is supported by advertising and includes a daily export limit. Both are part of what the free version is. We may adjust the limit, the ad formats and their frequency over time as the app changes.
You may be offered the option to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for additional exports or a temporary ad-free period. That is always optional, and declining it never removes access to the free features.
5. Pro purchases
Vues Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
- Billing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel from your Google Play or App Store account settings — not from within Vues.
- Refunds are governed by the policy of the store that processed your payment. We cannot issue refunds directly, but write to us and we will help you reach the right place.
- Restoring: a purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same store account, using Restore Purchases in Settings.
If a feature described as part of Pro is removed, we will say so in the release notes. We will not remove a lifetime purchase you have already made.
6. Document and passport photos
Acceptance is decided by the issuing authority — a passport office, embassy, university or employer — and depends on factors the app has no control over, including lighting, background, clothing, expression, glasses, print quality and requirements that changed after our check date.
Always verify the current requirements with the authority you are applying to before you submit. We are not liable for a rejected application, a missed deadline, a lost fee, or any other consequence of a photo not being accepted.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Vues working and improving, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, and we may stop supporting older operating system versions. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will say so clearly in advance.
8. Third-party services
Vues uses Google AdMob for advertising, Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat for purchase verification. Your use of the app is also subject to their terms, and to the terms of the app store you downloaded from. See our Privacy Policy for what each one collects.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate, or that any defect will be corrected.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Vues writes exports as new files and does not modify or delete your originals, but no software is immune to failure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using Vues at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 3, 6, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you are entitled to under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The "last updated" date above will change, and material updates will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Vues after an update means you accept the revised terms.

١. الاتفاقية
هذه الشروط اتفاقية بينك وبين هيثم مخلافي («نحن») تحكم استخدامك لتطبيق Vues. وبتحميلك للتطبيق أو استخدامه فإنك تقبلها. وإن كنت لا تقبلها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
٢. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابلًا للإلغاء لاستخدام Vues على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لأغراض شخصية أو لأعمالك الداخلية، وفقًا لهذه الشروط ولقواعد المتجر الذي حمّلت منه التطبيق.
ولا يجوز لك: نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو إجراء هندسة عكسية عليه أو فك ترجمته أو تفكيكه؛ أو تأجيره أو بيعه أو منح ترخيص من الباطن عليه؛ أو إزالة أي إشعار أو نسبة؛ أو استخدامه لمخالفة أي قانون؛ أو محاولة الالتفاف على حدوده أو إعلاناته أو آلية التحقق من الشراء.
٣. محتواك
تبقى الصور التي تعالجها ملكك بالكامل. لا ندّعي أي ملكية أو ترخيص أو حقوق عليها، ولأن المعالجة تتم داخل جهازك فإننا لا نستقبلها أصلًا.
أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك حق استخدام كل صورة تعالجها، بما في ذلك موافقة أي شخص يمكن التعرّف عليه فيها. ولا تستخدم Vues لمعالجة صور غير قانونية أو تنتهك حقوق الغير أو تُظهر شخصًا دون إذنه حيث يكون الإذن مطلوبًا.
٤. النسخة المجانية والإعلانات والحدود
تُموَّل النسخة المجانية بالإعلانات وتتضمن حدًّا يوميًا لعمليات التصدير، وكلاهما جزء أصيل من طبيعة النسخة المجانية. وقد نعدّل الحد وأشكال الإعلانات وتكرارها مع تطور التطبيق.
وقد يُعرض عليك خيار مشاهدة إعلان مكافأة مقابل عمليات تصدير إضافية أو فترة مؤقتة خالية من الإعلانات. هذا الخيار اختياري دائمًا، ورفضه لا يحرمك من المزايا المجانية إطلاقًا.
٥. اشتراكات Pro
يتوفر Vues Pro باشتراك شهري أو بشراء مدى الحياة لمرة واحدة. وتُعرض الأسعار داخل التطبيق بعملتك المحلية قبل التأكيد.
- الفوترة تتم بالكامل عبر Google Play أو Apple App Store. ولا نطّلع على بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك ولا نخزّنها.
- تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل فترة ما لم تُلغَ قبل موعد التجديد بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل. ويمكنك الإدارة أو الإلغاء من إعدادات حسابك في Google Play أو App Store — لا من داخل Vues.
- الاسترداد يخضع لسياسة المتجر الذي عالج دفعتك. لا يمكننا إصدار مبالغ مستردة مباشرة، لكن راسلنا وسنساعدك في الوصول إلى الجهة الصحيحة.
- الاستعادة: يمكن استعادة الشراء على أي جهاز مسجّل بالحساب نفسه، عبر «استعادة المشتريات» في الإعدادات.
وإذا أُزيلت ميزة موصوفة ضمن Pro، فسنوضّح ذلك في ملاحظات الإصدار. ولن نلغي شراءً مدى الحياة سبق أن أتممته.
٦. صور الوثائق وجوازات السفر
فالقبول تقرره الجهة المُصدِرة — مكتب جوازات أو سفارة أو جامعة أو جهة عمل — ويعتمد على عوامل خارجة عن سيطرة التطبيق، منها الإضاءة والخلفية والملابس وتعبير الوجه والنظارات وجودة الطباعة، ومتطلبات قد تكون تغيّرت بعد تاريخ تحققنا.
تحقق دائمًا من المتطلبات الحالية لدى الجهة التي تقدّم إليها قبل التسليم. ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن رفض طلب أو تفويت موعد نهائي أو خسارة رسوم أو أي نتيجة أخرى مترتبة على عدم قبول الصورة.
٧. توفّر الخدمة
نسعى لإبقاء Vues يعمل ويتحسّن، لكننا لا نَعِد بأن يكون خاليًا من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. وقد نغيّر أي جزء من التطبيق أو نوقفه أو نلغيه، وقد نتوقف عن دعم إصدارات أنظمة التشغيل القديمة. وحيثما يقلّص تغييرٌ ما قيمة ما دفعت مقابله بشكل جوهري، فسنوضّح ذلك مسبقًا وبجلاء.
٨. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يستخدم Vues خدمة Google AdMob للإعلانات، وGoogle Firebase للتحليلات وتقارير الأعطال، وRevenueCat للتحقق من المشتريات. ويخضع استخدامك للتطبيق أيضًا لشروط تلك الخدمات ولشروط المتجر الذي حمّلت منه. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة ما تجمعه كل خدمة.
٩. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره» دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، صريح أو ضمني، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق والملاءمة لغرض معين وعدم انتهاك حقوق الغير. ولا نضمن أن يلبي التطبيق متطلباتك أو أن تكون النتائج دقيقة أو أن يُصحَّح أي خلل.
وأنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنسخك الاحتياطية. يكتب Vues الصور المصدَّرة كملفات جديدة ولا يعدّل أصولك أو يحذفها، لكن لا يوجد برنامج محصّن ضد الأعطال.
١٠. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو تأديبية، ولا عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو الفرص، ناشئ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه.
وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة، أو ٥٠ دولارًا أمريكيًا، أيهما أكبر. وبعض الولايات القضائية لا تجيز قيودًا معينة، لذا قد لا تنطبق عليك أجزاء من هذا البند.
١١. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام Vues في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيته. ويجوز لنا تعليق ترخيصك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جوهرية. وتظل البنود ٣ و٦ و٩ و١٠ و١٢ سارية بعد الإنهاء.
١٢. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية اليمنية، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين. ولا يُسقط أي مما ورد هنا أي حماية للمستهلك تكفلها لك القوانين الآمرة في بلد إقامتك.
١٣. التعديلات على هذه الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور التطبيق. وسيتغير تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وسيُعلَن عن التحديثات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. واستمرارك في استخدام Vues بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المعدّلة.
