1. Who we are

Vues ("the app") is developed and operated by Haithm Mekhlafi ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. It applies to the Vues mobile app on Android and iOS.

2. Your photos

Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. When you select an image, the app reads it, applies the resize, crop or compression you asked for, and writes the result to an album called "Vues" in your gallery. Nothing is transmitted.

We never receive, store, view, analyse or share your images. Because they never reach us, we cannot produce them, delete them on your behalf, or hand them to a third party.

Face detection, used to aim the crop for document and profile presets, also runs entirely on your device. No face data is uploaded, stored after the export, or used to identify anyone.

Metadata: by default, exported photos have GPS coordinates, camera make and camera model removed. If you turn on the option to keep metadata, it stays in the file you export — that file is yours, and what you do with it afterwards is your choice.

3. What is collected, and by whom

The app itself has no backend. The data described below is collected by third-party SDKs embedded in the app, not by a server we run.

We never receive your payment card details. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Stored on your device only

The app saves a few preferences locally using your device's standard storage: your saved presets and custom goals, recently used presets, your daily export count, your language and theme choice, and your diagnostics preference. This never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Permissions the app asks for

• Photos / storage — to read the image you pick and to save the result to your gallery. The app only accesses images you explicitly select.
• Internet — to load ads, verify purchases and send diagnostics. Editing itself does not need a connection.
• App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — iOS asks your permission before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. Declining is fully supported; you will still see ads, just less relevant ones.

5. Your choices

• Turn off diagnostics. Settings → Diagnostics. This calls the vendors' own kill switches, so collection stops at the SDK rather than the app merely skipping its own log calls.
• Change your ad consent. If you are in a region where consent is required, Settings → Privacy options reopens the Google consent form so you can change your answer at any time.
• Remove ads entirely. Buying Pro stops all ad requests, and with them the advertising data collection.
• Reset or limit your advertising ID from your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
• Uninstall. Removing the app deletes everything it stored locally.

6. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: consent for personalised advertising and for optional analytics, collected through Google's consent form; and legitimate interests for crash reporting and basic security, to keep the app working.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent at any time. Because the app requires no account, we hold no profile that identifies you — most requests are best directed to the relevant service:

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Data retention

We hold no photo data at all. Diagnostics and advertising data are retained by the respective providers under their own policies — Firebase Analytics data is retained for a limited period and Crashlytics reports for up to 90 days. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to honour your Pro entitlement.

9. Children

Vues is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will act on it.

10. International transfers

The third-party services above operate globally and may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in the app.

٢. صورك

تتم معالجة الصور بالكامل داخل جهازك ولا تُرفع إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى. عند اختيارك صورة، يقرأها التطبيق ويطبّق ما طلبته من تغيير مقاس أو قصّ أو ضغط، ثم يحفظ النتيجة في ألبوم باسم «Vues» في معرض الصور. لا يُرسل أي شيء عبر الشبكة.

نحن لا نستقبل صورك ولا نخزّنها ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نحلّلها ولا نشاركها. ولأنها لا تصل إلينا أصلًا، فلا يمكننا استخراجها أو حذفها نيابةً عنك أو تسليمها لطرف ثالث.

كما أن اكتشاف الوجه — المستخدَم لتوجيه القصّ في مقاسات الوثائق والصور الشخصية — يعمل بالكامل داخل جهازك. لا تُرفع أي بيانات وجه ولا تُخزَّن بعد التصدير ولا تُستخدَم للتعرّف على أي شخص.

البيانات الوصفية: افتراضيًا تُزال من الصور المصدَّرة إحداثيات GPS ونوع الكاميرا وطرازها. وإذا فعّلت خيار الاحتفاظ بالبيانات الوصفية، فإنها تبقى في الملف الذي تصدّره — وهذا الملف ملكك، وما تفعله به بعد ذلك قرارك وحدك.

٣. ما الذي يُجمع ومن يجمعه

لا يملك التطبيق خادمًا خلفيًا. البيانات الموضّحة أدناه تجمعها حزم تطوير تابعة لأطراف ثالثة مدمجة في التطبيق، وليس خادمًا نديره نحن.

نحن لا نستقبل بيانات بطاقتك البنكية إطلاقًا. تتولّى Google Play أو Apple App Store عمليات الدفع بالكامل.

ما يُحفظ على جهازك فقط

يحفظ التطبيق بعض التفضيلات محليًا: مقاساتك المحفوظة وأهدافك المخصصة، والمقاسات المستخدمة مؤخرًا، وعدد عمليات التصدير اليومية، واختيارك للغة والمظهر، وتفضيل البيانات التشخيصية. لا يغادر أي من ذلك جهازك، ويُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

٤. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

• الصور والتخزين — لقراءة الصورة التي تختارها وحفظ النتيجة في معرضك. لا يصل التطبيق إلا إلى الصور التي تحدّدها صراحةً.
• الإنترنت — لتحميل الإعلانات والتحقق من عمليات الشراء وإرسال البيانات التشخيصية. أما التحرير نفسه فلا يحتاج اتصالًا.
• شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات (iOS) — يطلب نظام iOS إذنك قبل استخدام معرّف الإعلانات للتتبّع. الرفض مدعوم بالكامل؛ وستظل ترى إعلانات لكنها أقل صلة باهتماماتك.

٥. خياراتك

• إيقاف البيانات التشخيصية. الإعدادات ← البيانات التشخيصية. يستدعي هذا مفاتيح الإيقاف الخاصة بالمزوّدين أنفسهم، فيتوقف الجمع عند مستوى الحزمة لا عند مستوى التطبيق فحسب.
• تغيير موافقتك على الإعلانات. إن كنت في منطقة تتطلب الموافقة، فإن الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية تعيد فتح نموذج موافقة Google لتغيير إجابتك متى شئت.
• إزالة الإعلانات نهائيًا. شراء Pro يوقف جميع طلبات الإعلانات، ومعها جمع البيانات الإعلانية.
• إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو تقييده من إعدادات جهازك (Android: الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات. iOS: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع).
• إلغاء التثبيت. إزالة التطبيق تحذف كل ما خزّنه محليًا.

٦. الأسس القانونية (المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة)

حيثما تنطبق اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، نستند إلى: الموافقة للإعلانات المخصصة والتحليلات الاختيارية، وتُجمع عبر نموذج موافقة Google؛ والمصالح المشروعة لتقارير الأعطال والأمان الأساسي، بما يحافظ على عمل التطبيق.

٧. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها، أو الاعتراض على المعالجة، أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. ولأن التطبيق لا يتطلب حسابًا، فنحن لا نحتفظ بملف يعرّفك — ومعظم الطلبات يُفضَّل توجيهها إلى الخدمة المعنية:

٨. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحن لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات صور إطلاقًا. أما البيانات التشخيصية والإعلانية فيحتفظ بها المزوّدون وفق سياساتهم — تُحفظ بيانات Firebase Analytics لمدة محدودة، وتقارير Crashlytics حتى ٩٠ يومًا. وتُحفظ سجلات الشراء طالما لزم الأمر لضمان اشتراكك في Pro.

٩. الأطفال

Vues غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا (أو السن الأدنى المعادل في بلدك)، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية منهم. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم معلومات شخصية عبر التطبيق، فتواصل معنا وسنتصرف بشأن ذلك.

١٠. النقل الدولي للبيانات

تعمل الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه على نطاق عالمي وقد تعالج البيانات على خوادم خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة، وفق الضمانات الموضّحة في سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

١١. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

إذا غيّرنا طريقة تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونعدّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». وسيُعلَن عن أي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق.
